1. Shoes recommended, no flip flops. 2. Strong Swimming Ability required 3. Helmets and Lifejackets are recommended for everyone. 4. You will be required to sign a Liability waiver. 5. Children under 13 should wear life jackets. 6. Check River flows before you go tubing. If it is over 200cfs, use extreme caution. 7. When the water gets lower, more rocks become visible. Helmets recommended for everyone. 8. Boulder Creek is not recommended for children under 13. 9. Occasionally the Boulder Police Department closes Boulder Creek to tubers. Please follow any closures or restrictions. 10. If you fall off of your tube, grab it and swim to shore. If the tube makes swimming too difficult either get back on it or ditch it and swim to shore. Tubes are $11, people are irreplaceable. 11. Do not stand up in the middle of the river. Your foot could get caught on a rock. Always swim to shore before standing up. 12. Water in Colorado is cold. The air may be hot, but you can get very cold while in the water. Remember to have warm dry clothing available. If you get cold, get out of the water and into the sun. 13. Use extreme caution while crossing roads. 14. In conclusion, Be smart on the river and you will have a safe and fun experience.
